Refund policy

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pictures and videos are required to be sent via email to grabit.my@gmail.com or whatsapp directly to +60 11-6422 9301. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We at Grabit.my strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, certain items are considered non-returnable to maintain product quality, hygiene, and the best interests of our customers. Please carefully review the following non-returnable items:

  1. Customized or Made-to-Order Items:

    • Products that have been customized or made-to-order based on specific customer preferences or requirements are non-returnable. This includes items with custom fabric, color, size, or design modifications.
  2. Clearance or Final Sale Items:

    • Clearance or final sale items are sold at significantly reduced prices and are non-returnable. We recommend reviewing all details and specifications before making a purchase.
  3. Damaged, Altered, or Used Items:

    • Items that have been altered, assembled, or used in any way are non-returnable. Please inspect the product upon delivery and report any damages or defects promptly for assistance.
  4. Mattresses and Bedding Products:

    • Due to hygiene and health regulations, mattresses, mattress toppers, mattress pads, pillows, and bedding products are non-returnable once the packaging has been opened.
  5. Perishable or Consumable Products:

    • Items such as air fresheners, cleaning products, and similar perishable or consumable goods are non-returnable.
  6. Gift Cards and Vouchers:

    • Gift cards, vouchers, or any other form of store credit issued for purchases are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  7. Products Without Original Packaging:

    • Items that are returned without their original packaging, tags, or accessories are considered non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
